Orthodontics
Adults
Adults come to us for teeth that moved, teeth that were never straight, or a bite that wears. Treatment is braces or clear aligners, the same as for teens.
Adult teeth and gums may need your regular dentist's look first, and Dr. Goel will tell you if so. Visits are short, and Wednesday evenings are open for people who work.

Good to know before you start
Comfort
Putting braces on needs no numbing. Teeth may ache for a few days. You can ask for a break any time.
Other options, and waiting
You could leave things as they are. Dr. Goel tells you what changes, if anything, if you wait.
Risks and after-care
Teeth with gum problems need those treated first. Brackets and trays make cleaning harder, so you may see your dentist more often. Written after-care comes with your treatment.
How it's billed
The fee covers the whole treatment, in writing before it starts. Some dental plans pay for adult braces and some don't; the front desk checks yours.
How fees work
Questions about adults
Am I too old for braces?
No. Teeth can be moved at any age if the gums and bone are healthy. Dr. Goel checks that at your first visit.
Will people notice?
Clear brackets and aligners are less visible than metal. Dr. Goel shows you the choices.
Do I need to see my dentist too?
Yes. Keep up your cleanings. We'll send your dentist a note when treatment begins.
Can I come after work?
Wednesday visits run until 7 p.m.
